Theophilus Cibber

Life
1703-1758; son of Colley Cibber, appeared at Dublin, 1743; acted frequently at Smock Alley and was involved in first riot during Thomas Sheridan’s management at Crow Street; name appears on title-page of Lives of the Poets (1753), mainly compiled by Robert Sheils. ODNB OCEL
