Life 1827-1883 [née Gibson]; m. Blakeney Gough Gubbens, a revenue man in Ballymote and later Sligo; resided at Marino Cottage, Finisklin, then aftewards Fort Lewis, Rathbrangan; contrib. verse to Sligo Chronicle; wrote narrative poem on catching of poteen makers, One Days Journal, A Story of the Revenue Police and Other Poems (Sligo: Independant
& General Printing Office 1862); moved to Dublin in 1872 and settled in Rathmines; bur. Sligo Cemetery, with Blakeney, who lived on to 1901.
