Chaplain at Oxford Univ., 1914, being an Anglican Cowley Father; authr of Price of Unity; drowned on the Lusitania on the way to America to preach Lent. Practical Studies on the Parables of Our Lord (1897), and Laws of Spiritual Life (1905). DIB
