Patrick Shea
Life 1908-1986 [err. OShea]; b. Co. Westmeath, son of RIC man; raised in Athlone, Rathfriland, Newry and other places; joined Northern Ireland Civil Service and became one of two Catholics to attain the rank of Permanent Secretary.
