A Short History of Ireland from the Earliest Times to 1608 (1893), Index & Appendix

Capitals in chapter titles have been reduced to initial caps, and footnotes have been removed from end-of-page where there were numbered per page to a separate, linked file. Page-breaks have been suppressed and page numbers removed, while the page-references in the Table of Contents are still linked to the corresponding chapters as an indication of the original setting of the text.
