Life
1856-1943; b. Antrim; friend of Bernard Shaw from schooldays in Dublin and also friend of his sister Lucy; worked as bank manager; two comedies performed at the Abbey, The Lord Mayor, 1914, and The Courting of Mary Doyle, 1921; d. 12 May, his estate including manuscript remembrances of Shaw. DIL
