TCD; widely travelled in Middle and Far East; author of ‘hitching’ guides; Irish Times features writer; has lived in Australia, London and Dublin, where she now resides; issued Muscle Greek (1991); Sea Legs: Hitch-Hiking Around the Coast of Ireland (1992), and poetry collections; issued A Secret Map of Ireland (2005), featuring gems and curiosities of the island.
