(1775-1803); née Campion, first appeared Crow Street, 1792; appeared in Covent Gdn. as Mrs. Spenser, 1797; became second wife of Alexander Pope in 1798; taken ill playing Desdemona at Drury Lane, 10 June 1803, and died on 18th. ODNB.
